With Arryved Online, your guests can access your mouth-watering goods at the tip of their fingers whether they are at home, on-premise, or somewhere else! Set up shop in your Arryved Portal and have your very own web link to access your Arryved Online Store. Your store can offer Pickup, Curbside, Delivery, and even Shipping! You can set up an Arryved Online Store whenever you’d like!
If your POS devices are offline or in Offline Mode, they won’t receive online orders, but there isn’t anything stopping guests from placing orders through your Online Store from their end. It’s advised to turn online ordering off from your Arryved Portal when this is the case.
There are 5 Arryved Online Order Modalities you can offer in your Arryved Online Store. You can’t create additional custom Order Modalities.
At checkout, international phone numbers are not accepted at this time.
Arryved Online has 5 Order Modalities. That’s 5 additional ways you can get your goods into your guest’s hands! You’ll need to set up at least one Order Modality for your Arryved Online Store, but you can use some or all of them, too! Here’s what you can offer:

For a deep dive into each one, read the Arryved Online Order Modality Overview. Below is the first screen guests land on when they enter your Online Store. Depending on how many Order Modalities you choose to set up, there will be up to 5 selections here.
Menus are always created through your Venues. You’ll need to create at least one online Venue, but you can create up to 5 online Venues if you want your 5 Order Modalities to have their own menu offering.
For example, you may want to offer different items through your Ship It Modality versus ordering for Pickup.
Menus created in an online Venue are a little different than the menus you’d create for Arryved Service. Your guests will be pursuing your online menu themselves, so it should be made easy and intuitive for them to navigate through. Create a separate menu in the Venue for each item grouping.
For Example, Bottles To-go, Food To-go, and Merch can all be their own menu.
Once an Order Modality is selected, online shoppers can see the menu items available under that Modality. They’re then able to toggle between the different menus that were created in that Modality’s Venue.
You will build your online menus using the Inventory Items in your Arryved portal. There are a few tweaks you can make to get your Inventory Items primed and ready for your Online Store.
Selling Gift Cards Online
To sell gift cards online, you need to create new Inventory Items as incremental gift card amounts (such as $10, $25, $50, and $100 gift cards).
When a gift card is purchased online, you’ll fulfill the order and load the physical gift card balance in Arryved Service.
Then, deliver the physical gift card to the guest or set it aside for pickup
Selling Flights Online
Flights can be sold in your Arryved Online Store, too! Set up Merch or To-go item flights, or allow In Person online ordering for flights from your bar.

Online Required Add-ons
With an Online Required Add-on, when a certain item is ordered online, another item is required to be purchased with it.
For example, if a growler fill is ordered online, they’ll probably need to purchase the vessel, too since they aren’t there to hand you the one they have at home.
If you plan on printing tickets that come from Arryved Online orders, you’ll need an additional piece of hardware known as the Arryved Print Controller.
The Print Controller allows orders from outside sources (such as a guest’s phone or home computer) to connect to your Arryved Printers. Peak at the following guides to learn more about Print Controller.
The Order Fulfillment Screen or the ORDER screen can be enabled in Arryved Service to help you manage and fulfill online orders. You can use these alternatives instead of printing tickets.
You can create Discount Codes to entice your guests to visit your Online Store. Discount Codes are used to apply a dollar amount or percentage discount to an online order.
You must activate the Arryved Insider Program to use Discount Codes.

To bring your business’ branding to your Arryved Online Store, you can add your logo and a custom banner-style background image to lay across the top of the page. We call this the ‘Header’. The brightness of the background can be adjusted as well as the position of the logo.
When your Arryved Online Store is ready for business, grab your unique Online Store link and embed it on your website, your social media, and behind QR codes that take people there!
