TSYS Resources

During your onboarding with Arryved, you created an account with the payment processor that we work with, TSYS. They are the company that handles your daily credit card deposits, monthly fee withdrawals, PCI compliance, and any potential chargebacks.

You recently received, or will be receiving shortly, a welcome email from them, the subject should be Merchant Processing Welcome Kit. This email contains your Merchant ID number. Be sure to have access to this number anytime that you choose to contact us or TSYS regarding your merchant account.
  1. This Merchant ID is a unique identifier for your account with them.
They have provided their own Welcome Kit in their email that is beneficial to read through. We have provided our own list of resources, below, that we've created specifically for you. We highly encourage you to read this and use these as current and future references.
