Loyalty Points are one of the Insider Perks that drive loyalty and engagement from your Members. Members accumulate Points every time they spend money at your business. They can redeem those Points for Offers and Rewards. Although Points accumulate automatically at a specific rate, this is your Insider program made your way. If for any reason you want to add or remove Loyalty Points from an Insider Member’s balance, follow the steps in this guide.

Your Arryved Insider program is active.
Loyalty Points are activated for your Insider program.
To add or adjust Loyalty Point balances, you must be an Arryved Portal Super Admin or an Admin with one of the following Permissions:
MODIFY LOYALTY
ALL ACCESS
FULL ADMIN
Loyalty Points are only available to your Insider Members.
Insider Members accrue Loyalty Points at the rate of 1 point per 1¢ spent. This ratio can’t be changed, but you can manually adjust the total points a Member has, individually.
Members won’t earn Points if they are paying with a Gift Card.
Loyalty Points are not earned on tax, tips, donations, or comps.
Members may receive email updates anytime they earn Loyalty Points. When you manually adjust their Point balance, they won’t receive an email update, it’s advised to pass the message along to your Members however possible.
Maybe you’re offering extra Loyalty Points to Members who volunteer at your next event. Or, maybe you want to offer a special one-time Reward (such as something off-menu) to a certain Member and therefore need to deduct Points manually in exchange for it. Whatever the case may be, you can manually adjust any Insider Member’s Loyalty Point balance through Arryved Portal. Here’s how:
Head to your Arryved Portal.
From the left side navigation, click Arryved Insider.
Click Insider Members.
Find the Insider Member from the list and click anywhere on their row.
Look at their Point balance to the left and take note of the number before you adjust, so you can tell if any mistakes were made after.
In the top right corner, click Adjust Points.
Enter a positive or negative value in the Points: field.
To add Points, enter the number of Points you want to add to the current balance.
To subtract Points, include a minus sign in front of the number of Points you'd like to subtract to the current balance.
Don't include a comma to any of the numbers you type in.
A Comment is required.
If you’re subtracting Points, you must check the box next to Confirm as Debit.
The box is only visible if you include a minus sign in the Points: field.
Click Submit Adjustment.
You’ll see their new Point balance on their dashboard to the left. Double-check that the math looks correct after the adjustment.
Don’t use the Member Search button at the top of the Member list in Portal to make adjustments, it’s not in use at this time.
