Loyalty Points are one of the Insider Perks that drive loyalty and engagement from your Members. Members accumulate Points every time they spend money at your business. They can redeem those Points for Offers and Rewards. This guide gives you an overview of Insider Loyalty Points.

Your Arryved Insider program is active.
Loyalty Points are activated for your Insider program.
Your Insider Members accumulate Loyalty Points for each penny spent on items ordered during visits. To keep track of Points earned, the Insider’s Membership must be identified on their tab in Arryved Service. Members can be identified by the card they have on file or be looked up manually.

Wallet Query
For Staff, the Wallet Query in Arryved Service is where they can look up a Member’s Loyalty Point balance.
Open Arryved Service and log in.
Tap STAFF.
Tap Wallet Query.
Look up the member by Name, Email, or Phone Number.
For Management, Members’ Point balances are visible in Arryved Portal.
Head to your Arryved Portal.
From the left side navigation, click Arryved Insider.
Click Insider Members.
From the table that lists all your Members, you’ll see the column to the far right has their Point Balance.
They’ll log in using the email address attached to their Insider Membership. A verification code will be sent to that email (no password needed).
Once logged in, from the options on the left side, they’ll click My Insider.
Under Current Programs, is a list of the Arryved Insider programs they’ve signed up for (including yours!) along with their Loyalty Point balances.
Anytime your Members swing by for your mouth-watering menu, they can spend their Loyalty Points to redeem Rewards and Offers
Rewards
Rewards are menu items that Members can pay for with their Loyalty Points. When a reward item is added to their tab, if they have enough Loyalty Points, they can pay for it with Points. It’s up to your staff or menus to educate your Members on which menu items are redeemable as a Reward.
Offers
Insider Offers are promotions, discounts, or freebies sent to Insider Members via email. The guest must save the Offer from the email, and redeem it when they visit your establishment next. An Offer may or may not cost Loyalty Points to redeem.
You decide how many Loyalty Points it takes to redeem your Offers and Rewards. Remember, Insider Members earn 1 Point per 1¢ spent. So, if they spent $100, they’ve earned 10,000 Points. Think about how much you want the Member to spend before they can redeem the Offer or Reward. Offers don’t have to cost any Points, but they can. Rewards always cost Points.
The ratio of one Point earned per penny can’t be adjusted for your Insider program. However, you can assign or adjust Loyalty Points manually for an individual Member.
