In your Arryved Portal, each of your Insider Members has their own dashboard with numbers, tables, and visuals that hold insightful information about their time spent at your location and their engagement with your Insider program.
You can use these stats to learn more about the behavior of your Members and evaluate if your loyalty program is working out for you and for them. This article guides you through the Insider Member dashboard and the available stats.

Your Arryved Insider program is active.
To view Insider Member dashboards, you must be a Super Admin or an Admin with one of the following Permissions:
VIEW LOYALTY
MODIFY LOYALTY
ALL ACCESS
FULL ADMIN
Your Arryved Portal holds the list of all your Insider Members. From there, you can see each Members’ dashboard for a peek into how they’re enjoying your Insider program.
Head to your Arryved Portal.
From the left side navigation, click Arryved Insider.
Click Insider Members.
You’ll see your Insider Members listed in a table. They are sorted alphabetically at first. Click the arrows next to any column title, to sort the list by that column.
The Member Search button at the top is NOT in use at this time.
Click Get Report and you’ll be emailed a spreadsheet with a list of your Members and a few important stats. It’ll send to the email that’s currently logged into Arryved Portal.
This report shows unmasked emails. Please handle this personal identifying information with caution.
The table shows a few popular stats per Member, but click on a Member’s row to view their full dashboard!
Alright, you’ve clicked on a Member from the list on the previous page, now you’re looking at their Insider dashboard!
These stats are based on their tab activity in Arryved Service. Arryved Service only knows a tab belongs to an Insider Member if their account is identified in some way.

Look at the image above that corresponds with the numbers below to see what’s what:
The first stat to the left shows the Member’s current Loyalty Point balance.
This number updates as they spend and earn Points.
It will also update if you use the Adjust Points button in the top right corner.
This is the only stat that is company-wide (multiple locations added together).
Visits refer to the total number of times the Member has visited your business.
This stat tells you the average amount of money the Member spends each time they visit.
This stat lets you know if your Member often visits alone, brings other guests, or many other guests!
It counts the total number of guests ordering off the Insider Member’s tab during visits and divides that by the total number of those tabs.
“Other guests” are counted when Seat Numbers or Guest Count are being used on the Member’s tabs in Arryved Service.
This stat tells you the average amount of money the Member tips on their tab each time they visit.
Average duration tells you how much time they’re spending at your business each time they visit.
Duration is measured by the time the tab opens to the time the tab is closed out.
The table below the row of stats shows a list of the Member’s most recently saved and redeemed Offers and redeemed Rewards.
Type: Offers (redeemed or unused) are listed here by the name of the Offer. If the type says “Free Item” this means they redeemed a Reward.
Short Name: This is the Short Name of the Offer. Rewards say “Free Reward Item”
Issued: The date the Offer was saved to their Wallet or the date the Reward was redeemed in Arryved Service.
State: ACTIVE means the Offer is saved to their Wallet, but not yet redeemed. Rewards are always REDEEMED.
Expires: The Offers’ expiration dates are listed here. For Rewards, the date is the next day after it was redeemed.
Points: This is the Loyalty Cost of the Offer or Reward (meaning, how many Points does it take to redeem it).
Redemption Date: The date the Offer or Reward was redeemed in Arryved Service.
Now, keep scrolling down on the Member’s dashboard page in Arryved Portal, and look at the next image below to see the bottom half of their dashboard.
Use the bar graph on the left to see what days of the week the Member visits most!
Look at the pie chart to the right to see which of your menu items are the Member’s favorites!
Hover over the slices of the pie to see the Inventory Item name and the number of times they’ve ordered it.
The table at the bottom shows a quick tab history of their last 10 visits.
You can see the tab totals (Check Size).
If they redeemed any Rewards (Free Items) or Offers.
If they brought any guests with them (Guest Count).
Take a deep dive into your Member dashboards! They’ll tell you valuable insights that will help you and your staff better connect and engage with your most loyal guests! Not to mention, provide opportunities to upsell, bring in more foot traffic, and increase revenue!
