At Arryved, we want to be transparent with you. You may be wondering what fees you’re being charged and why. This guide breaks down the additional fees you may see on your MerchantTrack statements. These fees are independent of your regular processing fees.
If you’re using Dual Pricing with Arryved, your fee structure is a bit different. Refer to the Dual Pricing Processing FAQs.
The actual dollar amounts of the fees are not mentioned in this guide because they may fluctuate over time or vary depending on your processing volume and business operations.
You can see your fee deductions in some of the reports located in your MerchantTrack processing portal. Here are 2 ways to see your fees:
In your MerchantTrack portal, click Reports > Merchant Deposit Report > Select a Month and Year > Click Submit > scroll down the report to see the ‘Fee Details’ section.
P.S. Under ‘Funding Details’, the line item that shows a $0.00 Gross Amount indicates your fee withdrawal for the month. The other line items with a positive/negative Gross Amount are your ACH deposits. Notice that the Funding ID with the $0.00 Gross Amount matches the Funding ID under your Fee Details.
The fees mentioned in this guide can also be found in your monthly Merchant Statement, which you likely use for your deposit reconciliation. Here are some additional resources that may help:
The following fees are withdrawn from your account on a monthly basis:
The ‘Terminal Lease Fee’ shown on your statements refers to the leasing of card readers. The dollar amount you see is the fee multiplied by the number of card readers you’re currently leasing.
Sales tax and shipping & handling are billed separately.
The ‘Card Monthly Fees’ is the monthly fee to hold your Merchant Processing Account. This gives you access to your MerchantTack portal and processing reporting.
The card brands (such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) that your business interacts with have various mandatory fees that they deduct monthly. You will see multiple line items for these fees. The card brands themselves collect these fees and are independent of Arryved.
If you’ve opted into monthly billing instead of daily deductions, you will see a fee labeled ‘Full Settlement Fee’. This is a small percentage of your monthly transaction volume, so it will fluctuate each month.
A small monthly fee is charged to you for access to PCI Compliance with $100k in breach protection.
If you’re non-compliant, an additional larger fee is also charged for each month the you business is non-compliant.

For an additional monthly fee, Accelerated Funding allows your deposit funds to be released to your bank in 2 business days instead of the standard 3 business days. This fee is waived for merchants on our Dual Pricing program.
Accelerated Funding is optional. To opt into this service, contact Arryved Support.

These one-time fees are deducted as needed:
If you receive a chargeback from a guest who made a purchase in your establishment, you’re charged a fee to process the chargeback. This fee is collected whether you win the dispute or not. You’ll be charged this fee for each chargeback that occurs.
The Terminal fees refer to your card reader purchases and are withdrawn from your account approximately 2 months after your new Arryved Pay account is approved and boarded, or after the purchase date if you were already on Arryved Pay. We say “approximately” because it depends on where in the month you made the purchase or the approval was granted. If it was towards the end of a month, fees might appear 3 statements later.
Terminal Purchase Fee: If you purchased your card readers (instead of leasing).
Terminal Sales Tax: Whether you purchased or leased your card readers, sales tax will be deducted here.
Shipping & Handling: Whether you purchased or leased your card readers, shipping & Handling will be deducted here. You may see this fee split between 2 line items.
