At Arryved, we want to be transparent with you. You may be wondering what fees you’re being charged and why. This guide breaks down additional fees shown on your monthly Merchant Statements for merchants on Arryved Pay, our in-house, end-to-end payment and processing solution.
The fee structure in this guide is for merchants processing through Arryved Pay. If you’re still processing with TSYS/NMI, please refer to the TSYS Fee Structure guide instead.
If you’re using Dual Pricing with Arryved, your fee structure is a bit different. Refer to the Dual Pricing Processing FAQs.
The actual dollar amounts of the fees are not mentioned in this guide because they may fluctuate over time or vary depending on your processing volume and business operations.
The fees mentioned in this guide are found in your monthly Merchant Statement located in your MerchantTrack processing portal. Here are some additional resources that may help you:
The ‘Monthly Service Fee’ shown on your statements refers to the leasing of tDynamo card readers. The dollar amount you see is the fee multiplied by the number of tDynamo card readers you’re currently leasing.
The Monthly Service Fee doesn’t include any applicable sales tax or shipping and handling fees.
A small monthly fee is charged to PCI-compliant merchants which provides various PCI tools and $100k in breach protection.
A larger monthly fee is charged for each month the merchant is non-compliant.
If you receive a chargeback from a guest who made a purchase in your establishment, you’re charged a fee to process the chargeback. This fee is collected whether you win a dispute or not. You’ll be charged this fee for each chargeback that occurs.
Arryved charges a competitive monthly fee to use a wide range of products and services. The Arryved Platform Fee is billed separately through NetSuite. It won't be shown on your monthly Merchant Statements in MerchantTrack.
