How To Get Your Insider Member Report

What Is The Insider Member Report? 

From your Arryved Portal, you can send yourself a copy of your current Insider Member Report. The report includes a full list of your Insider Members with their contact info, Loyalty Point balance, visit history, and more! Use this guide to find the report and see what info is included. 

Prerequisites

  • To get your Insider Member Report, you must log in to your Arryved Portal as a Super Admin

  • The Members’ stats only include data from when their membership was identified with their tab in Arryved Service. 

Limitations

  • The report can only be sent in a .CSV format, compatible with Google Sheets.

  • Some Insider Members may not have included a phone number when signing up, but an email address is required. 

How It Works

Send The Report To Yourself 

  1. Head to your Arryved Portal.

  2. From the left side navigation, click Arryved Insider.

  3. Click Insider Members.

  4. Click the green ‘Get Report button near the top left of the page.

    • The Insider Member report sends itself to the email address that’s currently logged into the Arryved Portal.

Grab It From Your Email

  1. Head to your email inbox

    • Look for the subject line ‘Loyalty Program Members’.

  2. Click on the .CSV attachment.

  3. Click Open With in the top center of the screen.

  4. Open it with Google Sheets, or another program of your choice. 


  • If you opened it in Google Sheets, it’ll be automatically saved to the Google Drive on the Gmail that you’re currently logged into. 

  1. To download it from Google Sheets, click File → Download → pick a format.

Details Of The Report

The report includes your Members’ contact details including,

  • First and Last name

  • Email

  • Phone Number (optional) 

The report also includes some Insider Member stats including, 

  • Visits = Total number of visits as a Member.

  • Last Visit = Date and time of the last visit. 

  • Avg Spend = The total dollar amount spent, divided by, the total number of visits. 

  • Balance = Their current Loyalty Point balance.

  • Lifetime = Their Lifetime Point Value which is the total amount of Loyalty Points earned as a Member. Points spent or manually adjusted are not deducted from this total.
