Wallet Query Overview
What Is The Wallet Query?
Your Insider Members have an Insider Wallet where their Offers are saved and Loyalty Points are stored. In Arryved Service, you can search for a Member’s Insider Wallet using the Wallet Query. Use this guide to find out how.
Prerequisites
You’ve read the Arryved Insider Overview guide.
Your Arryved Insider program is active.
Limitations
Only your Insider Members will have a Wallet.
Redeemed Offers and Rewards don’t appear in the Wallet.
Offers are sent to Members via email. The Member needs to save the Offer from their email for it to appear in their Insider Wallet.
How It Works
The Wallet Query holds all of your Insider Member Wallets. Look up a Member’s Wallet to see their Point balance and saved Offers. This is a great place for staff to engage with their Members and recommend the current redeemable items on the menu!
From a Member’s Insider Wallet, you can,
View their Loyalty Point balance.
View their saved Offers.
Start a tab under their Membership so they can earn Points and redeem Offers and Rewards.
To find an Insider Wallet,
Open Arryved Service and log in.
Tap STAFF from the top navigation bar.
Tap the Wallet Query button.
Search for the Member by Name, Email, or Phone.
Look Up Member
You can look up the Insider Member’s profile by Name, Email, or Phone Number.
Point Balance
Once found, you’ll see their current Loyalty Point balance across the top.
Offers
Any Offers they have saved to their Wallet are listed below the Point balance. Tap on the Offer to read more about it.
New Tab
Tap New Tab to start a new tab under their Membership. If the tab knows it’s them, they can earn Points, spend their Points, and use their Offers.
