What Is A Launch Call?

As a newly launching Merchant with Arryved, you’ll have dedicated time with your Implementation Manager to get the ball rolling with your onboarding process. During your Launch Call, your Implementation Manager will get a feel for your business, gather important info, review the relevant documents, talk through the Arryved products and hardware, and answer any questions you may have. Read this guide to know what to expect during your launch call and how to prepare for it.

Prerequisites

  • You’ll need to select a date and time for your Launch Call with your Implementation Manager. They’ll reach out to you letting you know how to schedule it.

  • You’ll need access to your Google account so can join the Launch Call via Google Hangout.

  • The person from your business who joins the Launch Call should be the main point of contact for your Arryved onboarding.

  • During the Launch Call, your Implementation Manager will share their screen to go over important documentation that you’ll want to look at. Please join the call from a laptop or desktop computer instead of your mobile phone.

Limitations

  • During the Launch Call or anytime throughout the onboarding process, if you decline to provide us with any information we ask for during the underwriting process, we may not be able to proceed with your Arryved onboarding. Please let your Implementation Manager Manager know if you have any questions or concerns.

What To Expect

Here’s what we fill the time with, in the Launch Call:

  • Discuss Your Launch Timeline

  • Review Documentation

  • Discuss Arryved Products

  • Introduce The Arryved Academy Training

Launch Timeline

Your Implementation Manager will go over the launch process and timeline. During this convo, you’ll let them know what date you plan to launch with Arryved, meaning when you plan on transacting through our POS.

  • Please keep in mind that you’ll be charged the Monthly Arryved Platform Fee, 60 days after being introduced to the Implementation Team from our Sales Team. Or, the day you start transacting, whichever comes first.

Review Documentation

There are 3 documents that your Implementation Manager will share with you during the Launch Call:

  1. Underwriting Documentation

  2. Onboarding Guide

  3. Hardware Catalog

1. Underwriting

We use Underwriting Documentation to get you set up and approved with credit card processing.

  • We use TSYS as our Payment Processor.

  • NMI is our payment gateway.

2. Onboarding Guide

Your Implementation Manager uses your onboarding guide to collect all other relevant information about your business, network, and main points of contact.

3. Hardware Catalog

All necessary hardware including POS devices, card readers, printers, KDS, and more are purchased from the Arryved Hardware Catalog. Your Implementation Manager will go over the catalog with you during the Launch Call. If you’re prepared, they can help you place an order during the call, or help you place an order at a later time.

Discuss Arryved Products

All Arryved Merchants use Arryved Service as the main POS product and Arryved Portal for all management and back-end needs. But Arryved offers a portfolio of additional products that can enhance your business. We also partner with other 3rd-party services you can integrate with your Arryved POS. Here’s the list:

Arryved Products

  • Arryved Service: Your main POS.

  • Arryved Portal: Configuration, management, and all other back-end needs.

  • Arryved Online: Build an online store.

  • OpenTab by Arryved: Guest self-ordering and digital menu viewing via QR codes.

  • Arryved Insider: Loyalty / Engagement program.

  • Gift Cards: Physical gift cards.

Integrations

Consult your Implementation Manager if you’re interested in integrating your Arryved POS with any of the following 3rd-party services:

Introduce The Arryved Academy Training

The last portion of your Launch Call introduces you to the Arryved Academy. This is where you’ll go through the Arryved Product training. Your Implementation Manager will give you a sneak peek of the Academy and show you how to register with an access code. There will be certain training material you must complete before you launch and additional optional courses.

Feel free to ask your Implementation Manager any questions you may have throughout the Launch Call.

How To Prepare

All you really need for your Launch call is a laptop or desktop computer with Google Hangout. However, we strongly encourage you to start gathering the materials and information we’ll need from you before your launch date. Coming prepared to your Launch Call gets you ahead of the game. Here’s how you can prepare:

  1. Browse the Arryved Hardware Catalog.

  2. Familiarize yourself with Arryved’s Products.

  3. Gather the required information.

    • Network Information

    • Main Points of Contact

    • Driver’s License

    • Three Months Processing Statements

1. Arryved Hardware Catalog

You can pre-browse the Arryved Hardware Catalog to get a feel for what we offer and start thinking about your purchase. Use the Arryved Hardware Considerations guide to help you with your decision-making. Feel free to ask any questions about hardware during your Launch Call

2. Arryved Products

You’ll be using Arryved Service and Arryved Portal no matter what, but if you want to implement any other Arryved Products, let your Implementation Manager know. Read our help guides about each product to get a feel for what they offer and if they can enhance your business.

3. Required Information

Network Information

Arryved needs a record of your Network name and password that your POS devices will transact on. We collect this so that our award-winning Support Team can help troubleshoot when you contact them with a network issue.

Main Points Of Contact

The main Arryved onboarding point of contact from your business should be the one joining the Launch Call. Any other managers, owners, or key decision-makers will be added to your company contact list in your Arryved Portal. Have those contacts ready to give to your Implementation Manager.

Driver’s License

Your Implementation Manager needs a photocopy of the front of your Driver’s License no later than two weeks after your Launch Call. The License needs to come from the main underwriting signer with Arryved. You can use a passport instead, but we still need a document with your address such as a utility bill.

Three Months Processing Statements

If you’re an existing business, we need the last three months of your processing statements. This is part of the Underwriting process to get you set up with our Payment Processor, TSYS. TSYS looks at your statements to get an idea of how much transactional volume you’ll be bringing in.
