Arryved Insider Setup Requirements

What Is Arryved Insider?

Arryved Insider isn’t just a loyalty program, it’s so much more! It’s your solution for driving traffic, engaging guests, and building loyalty in your community. Integrated with your Arryved POS, Insider provides flexibility to build a loyalty program catered to your brand. 

Prerequisites

  • Please read the Arryved Insider Overview to familiarize yourself with the Arryved Insider program and how it can be customized for your business.

Limitations

  1. Arryved provides the tools for you to implement a stellar loyalty program, but we can’t provide any legal or financial guidance.
  2. The Insider Perks (Loyalty Point accumulation, Offers, and Rewards) can be considered a financial liability. Please speak with your Accountant or Financial Advisor about the best way to report and analyze the Arryved Insider Perks.
  3. Arryved Insider is only integrated with Arryved Service and Arryved Portal at this time.

What You Need

Here's what our Arryved Support Team needs from you to help set up your Insider program: 
  1. Insider Point Of Contact.
  2. Insider Location Assets.
  3. How You'd Like Your Insider Program Customized.

Insider Point Of Contact

To set up the Insider program, Arryved Support needs to know who'll be the main point of contact for the program. Any changes made to the program in the future must be approved by the main point of contact. They'll need their,

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone Number

Insider Location Assets

Your Location Assets are the images you upload in your Arryved Portal to represent your own branding across the Arryved products.  Arryved Insider requires 2 Location Assets:
  1. Arryved Insider Background
  2. Arryved Insider Email Header
  3. App Header Logo
You can send these images to your Implementation Manager, or you can upload them into your Arryved Portal yourself:
  1. Log into your Arryved Portal.
  2. From the left side navigation, click Location Settings.
  3. Click Location Assets.
  4. Use the Change button next to the three Location Assets listed above to upload an image. Use the examples below for reference. 
Insider Background

[optimal size 700 x 1050 pixels]

This image appears in the background of the Member Sign Up page that guests can get to from Arryved Service. You may want to consider decreases the opacity of an image to not clash form fields.


Insider Email Header

[optimal size 600 x 210 pixels]

Insider Offers are digital coupons you can create and send to your Insider Members via email. The Insider Email Header appears across the top of the email over the coupon.

  1. A banner-style image is suggested to upload here.
  2. If the image has a transparent background, the background will be black.
  3. The logo that appears below the banner in the same email is your main Logo/Load Icon Location Asset used in many Arryved Products.

This Location Asset isn't visible anywhere on your Insider product, it's simply required for Insider activation. Don't worry too much about what image you're placing there, but please place something. 

How You'd Like Your Insider Program Customized

Your Implementation Manager needs to know exactly how you want your Insider program customized for your business. Please read the Arryved Insider Overview guide and the other reading material linked in it.

When you're feeling well-versed in our Insider program, you can send a general email to customersuccess@arryved.com. Remember, here's what you'll need:
  1. Contact info from the main Insider Point of Contact.
  2. Your Insider Location Assets.
  3. The details of how you want your Insider program customized.
Don't forget to read the Arryved Insider Overview so you're prepared to tell them what you need. Feel free to ask your Implementation Manager any questions you may have about the program.
