From your POS device, tap on the applications button that displays all of the apps you currently have open.
It’s usually a square symbol or three vertical bars near the bottom of the screen.
Find the window showing Arryved Service and hold your finger down on it while swiping upward until the screen disappears.
Go back to your home screen and re-open Arryved Service.
From the TAB screen, you can refresh the tabs’ data in Arryved Service using the refresh button.

In your Arryved Service Settings, there is a Flush Tasks button. Use this button to clear all pending print jobs. These are any orders waiting to print because the printer is unavailable.
Let’s say you’re troubleshooting a printer or just replenishing the paper, meanwhile, you grabbed the backup prints from the fallback printer so that you can keep things cooking! Now that you’re about to have the printer up and running again, you don’t want double copies of the tickets waiting in the pipeline. Flush the tasks before turning the printer back on and only new orders will print.
Open Arryved Service and log in.
Tap STAFF at the top of the screen.
Tap Settings.
Scroll down and tap Flush Tasks.
Tap Yes to confirm.
