Menus In Arryved Service Overview

What Are Menus In Arryved Service?

The Inventory Items you've created in your Arryved Portal are the menu items that you offer. The items are available in Arryved Service if they are active and in stock. Menus are created in each of your Venues in your Arryved Portal. Depending on which Venue your device is toggled to in Arryved Service, you'll see those menu items available to add to an order. Switch Venues, and you may see different items.

Prerequisites

  • You’ve created Item Types and Tax Types in your Arryved Portal.

  • You’ve created Inventory Items in your Arryved Portal.

  • You’ve created Venues in your Arryved Portal.

  • You’ve created Menus in each of your Venues in your Arryved Portal.

Limitations

  • Only active and in-stock Inventory Items appear on menus in Arryved Service.

  • Menus are unique to your Venues. You’ll need to toggle between Venues to see your different menus (if you offer different ones). 

How It Works

Venues

Each of your Venues may have a different menu unless you cloned your main menu(s) across all of your Venues. When you toggle between Venues, the menu items available may be different. 

  • Tap the Venue name in the top corner of the TAB screen to change the Venue. 


Order Screen

Now that you’re in the correct Venue in Arryved Service, to see the menu items, start a new tab or open an existing one. 

  1. From the TAB screen, tap New at the bottom to start a new tab.

    • Or, tap on an existing tab from the tab list. 

    • Then, tap Order from the Running Tab window.

  2. You’re now on the order screen where you can add menu items to the order. 

Item Types

Item Types are how your Inventory Items are organized under buttons in Arryved Service. You’ve created your unique Item Types in your Arryved Portal and each Inventory Item has an Item Type assigned to it. 



When you’re on the order screen, you’ll see the Item Type buttons. Tap on an Item Type to expand the menu items available. 

  • You’ll see the Inventory Items available to order. 

  • The buttons are the Unit Sizes available. Tap a size to add it to the order screen.

    • If there's only 1 size available, the button will likely say "Order" or something similar.

  • The three dots expand more sizes if there are more than 4 offered.   



Tap on any size of any menu item to add it to the order and tap SEND to fire the order!
