Updates to our existing products and features

Super Admins Can Now Create Other Super Admins

As an Arryved Portal Super Admin, you now have the power to create another Super Admin. Simply check the ‘Super Admin’ box on the desired employee’s profile in your Arryved Portal. 

• If you need a refresher, read How To Add Employees In Arryved Portal. 

• Please note that all Portal Permissions are granted to Super Admins, giving them full control of your Arryved Portal. Please be extremely sure you want to give someone Super Admin access before doing so. 

• If you’re promoting someone with the Employee role to a Super Admin, you must check both the Portal Admin and Super Admin boxes. You must also enter a valid email address in the Employee Email and Confirm Employee Email fields. 

• To remove or demote a Super Admin, you still need to contact Arryved Support. 
  

Improvements To Inventory Management

Previously, when an individual Unit Size of an Item was kicked via the INV screen in Arryved Service, that item would be marked as Inactive. If you needed to make the Item Active again, you would’ve had to take care of that in your Arryved Portal. 

→ Now, when a Unit Size is kicked via Arryved Service it’s properly marked as (Out)Kicked so that it can continue to be managed from the INV screen. 

Employee Duplicates Removed

From our previous release (Arryved Cloud 2.42.4) we’ve allowed Super Admins to change employee emails, hooray! However, in some cases, changing an email caused a duplicate employee on the View Hours page in the Arryved Portal under the Add Shift dropdown. We have fixed this issue and removed the duplicates.

Arryved Mobile Discontinued

Our Arryved Mobile app has been discontinued and is no longer supported as of Apr 29, 2024. 

• All references to Arryved Mobile have been removed from all other Arryved products. 

• The Arryved Mobile app is no longer available in Google Play or the Apple App Store.
