What Is Arryved Insider?

Arryved Insider isn’t just a loyalty program, it’s so much more! It’s your solution for driving traffic, engaging guests, and building loyalty in your community. Integrated with your Arryved POS, Arryved Insider provides flexibility to build a loyalty program catered to your brand. This guide provides the full instructions for setting up your Arryved Insider program for the first time. 

Prerequisites

  • Read the Arryved Insider Overview guide first to familiarize yourself with the program.

  • You must be an Arryved Portal Super Admin to complete the steps in this guide. 

Limitations

  • Arryved can’t activate your Insider program until your Insider Location Assets are uploaded (step 3 of this guide).

  1. Email Arryved Support

  2. Fill out survey

  3. Location Assets

Step1: Email Arryved Support 

Arryved will activate your Insider Program for you and help you customize it. To get started, send an email to support@arryved.com and say something like, “Hey Arryved superstars, I’m interested in activating Arryved Insider.”

Step 2: Fill out the survey

Within a day, Arryved’s Support Superstars will email you back with a bit of instruction and a Survey to fill out. Arryved will use your survey responses to customize your Insider program to best fit your business model. 

Be prepared to answer these questions: 

  • Who will be your main Point of Contact for your Insider Program?

  • Do you want Members to earn Loyalty Points?

  • If so, do you want Members to receive an email when they’ve earned Points? 

  • Do you want to use the Insider Portal

To answer the survey questions accurately, you must fully understand what Arryved Insider is, what it has to offer, and how it can be customized. Please read the Arryved Insider Overview before attempting to fill out the Activation survey. 

Step 3: Location Assets 

Your Location Assets are the images you upload in your Arryved Portal to apply your own branding across the Arryved Products. 

There are two required Location Assets for Arryved Insider:

Insider Background: 

  • The background of the signup page that Members reach through Arryved Service.

  • Size Requirement: 700x1050 pixels


Insider Email Header: 

  • A banner-style image that appears with Insider Offers that are emailed out to your Insider Members. 

    • P.S. If you upload an image with a transparent background, the background appears in black. If you want a white background, that needs to be included with the image. 

  • Size Requirement: 600 x 210 pixels


You can upload these Assets yourself in your Arryved Portal, or include them with your activation survey so Arryved can upload them for you. Please keep in mind that Arryved can't activate your Insider Program until the Location Assets are uploaded.

To upload the Assets yourself:

  1. Head to your Arryved Portal.

  2. From the left side navigation, click Location Settings.

  3. Click Location Assets.

  4. Click Arryved Insider

  5. Upload the Background and Email Header.

  6. Click Save.

Step 4: Customize Your Insider Program

Once you get an email confirmation that your Insider program has been activated by Arryved Support, you can then start to tailor your Insider Location Preferences to meet your business needs. Here’s how to get there: 

  1. Log into your Arryved Portal as a Super Admin.

  2. From the left side navigation, click Location Preferences.

  3. Click Location Settings

Under the Arryved Cloud section, find these Preferences: 

  • Arryved Insider Rewards: Enable this Preference to use Insider Rewards. This unlocks the ‘Loyalty Cost’ field next to each Unit Size on your Inventory Items. If you enter a point value as the Loyalty Cost, it will make that item & size a Reward that your Insider Members can redeem once they’ve earned the correct amount of Loyalty Points

  • Arryved Insider Offers: Enable this Preference to use Insider Offers. This unlocks the Offer Builder in your Arryved Portal. 

  • Discount Codes: Enable this Preference to use Discount Codes for your Arryved Online Store. These codes are built in the Offer Builder in your Arryved Portal, but used solely for purchases made through your Arryved Online Store

Under the Arryved Insider section, find these Preferences: 

  • Hide the 'Become an Insider' button from the Receipt Options screen: Enable this Preference if you’d like to manage a Private Membership. This will prevent your guests from signing themselves up for your Insider Program. Instead, you can add new Members manually in your Arryved Portal. 

  • Allow Insider Members to redeem Rewards: Enable this Preference to make your Rewards available in Arryved Service. We suggest enabling the ‘Arryved Insider Rewards’ preference first, building your Rewards in your Arryved Portal, and then when you’re ready to make them available to Inisder Members, enable this Preference. 

  • Limit the number of Rewards that can be redeemed on one tab: Enter a number in the box to limit the number of Rewards an Insider Member can redeem at one time. Enter a 0 for unlimited.

  • Hide the 'Insider' button from the Digital Signature Screen: Enable this Preference to remove the ‘Insider’ button from the Digital Signature screen. This will prevent Members from looking up their own Insider account at checkout. We suggest using this Preference if you’re worried about your Insider Members or regular guests abusing/misusing this feature. 

Note: If you don’t see these Location Preferences, you are either not logged in as an Arryved Portal Super Admin, or Arryved Support hasn’t finished activating your Insider program just yet.
