Location Preferences, available in your Arryved Portal, allow you to customize the Arryved Product suite, per location, to meet your business needs. The Preferences are broken into sections. The ‘Arryved Insider’ Location Preferences are used to enable your Insider Perks for your Members to redeem in Arryved Service and to customize some of the functionality of your Arryved Insider program. Use this guide to learn about each Preference in the Arryved Insider section.
To access and edit the Location Preferences page, you must be an Arryved Portal Super Admin.
You must have your Arryved Insider program activated to see the Insider-related Location Preferences.
The initial Location Preferences to enable the Arryved insider Perks are located in the Arryved Cloud Preferences.
Location Preferences are set per location. From your Arryved Portal, you must toggle between your locations and adjust Preferences individually.
Some of your Location Preferences need to be enabled or disabled by Arryved personnel only. Don’t hesitate to reach out to our award-winning Support Team if you can’t find what you’re looking for in your Arryved Portal.
Head to your Arryved Portal and log in as a Super Admin.
From the left side navigation, click Location Settings.
Click Location Preferences.
Find the section titled ‘Arryved Insider’ near the top of the page. Use this guide to learn about each Preference in that section.
Click on the Question Mark Icon next to any Preference to learn more about it.
Enable the Allow Insider Members to redeem Rewards Location Preference to make your Insider Rewards available in Arryved Service. Once this box is checked, your Insider Members can start redeeming Rewards with their Loyalty Points.
When an Insider Member has a Reward item on their tab and enough Loyalty Points saved up to redeem it, Arryved Service will ask them if they’d like to redeem the item during checkout.
*You must have Arryved Insider activated to use Insider Rewards. You must also have the ‘Arryved Insider Rewards’ Location Preference (under the Arryved Cloud section) enabled to create Rewards in your Arryved Portal out of your Inventory Items.
If you’re implementing a private Insider Membership, you’ll want to enable the Hide the ‘Become an Insider’ button from the Receipt Options screen Location Preference. This removes the ability for your guests to sign themselves up for your Insider Program from Arryved Service. It removes the ‘Become an Insider’ button from the Receipt Options screen after closing a tab.
Instead, Insider Members can be manually signed up from your Arryved Portal at your discretion.
If you’d like to limit the number of Reward items an Insider Member can redeem at one time, enter the max number in the box under the Limit the number of Rewards that can be redeemed on one tab Location Preference.
If there is a limit set here, the Reward prompt in Arryved Service will only allow the user to select Reward items up to the limit. When the limit is reached the other Reward items will grey out and not be selectable. You can deselect an item to be able to select a different one.
If your Insider Program is activated, by default, there is an ‘Insider’ button on the Digital Signature screen where guests sign and leave tip. This button is used to look up an Insider Member’s account just before they close their tab as a last chance to save the Loyalty Points they’ve earned during this visit.
If you’re afraid that your guests will misuse this feature and don’t want them potentially messing with someone else’s Insider account, then you can remove this button by enabling the Hide the ‘Insider’ button from the Digital Signature screen Location Preference.
