What Are Arryved Cloud Preferences?

Location Preferences, available in your Arryved Portal, allow you to customize the Arryved Product suite, per location, to meet your business needs. The Preferences are broken into sections. The ‘Arryved Cloud’ Location Preferences are used to activate your Arryved Online Store, Arryved Insider Perks, and a few other features used in your Arryved Portal. Use this guide to learn about each Preference in the Arryved Cloud section. 

Prerequisites

• To access and edit the Location Preferences page, you must be an Arryved Portal Super Admin. 

• You must have your Arryved Insider program activated to see the Insider-related Location Preferences. 

Limitations

• Location Preferences are set per location. From your Arryved Portal, you must toggle between your locations and adjust Preferences individually. 

• Some of your Location Preferences need to be enabled or disabled by Arryved personnel only. Don’t hesitate to reach out to our award-winning Support Team if you can’t find what you’re looking for in your Arryved Portal.

How It Works

1. Head to your Arryved Portal and log in as a Super Admin.

2. From the left side navigation, click Location Settings.

3. Click Location Preferences. 

4. Find the section titled ‘Arryved Cloud’ near the top of the page. Use this guide to learn about each Preference in that section. 

Click on the Question Mark Icon next to any Preference to learn more about it. 

Arryved Online Store 

Arryved Online is your E-commerce POS solution. Build an online store to sell your goods directly to guests anytime, anywhere. 

The Arryved Online Store Location Preference is enabled for you by default, meaning the Online Store Settings are available under the Location Settings on the left side navigation bar in your Arryved Portal. 

• From the Online Store Settings, you can set up and customize your Arryved Online Store. You can also temporarily enable and disable your Store from there. 

• We suggest leaving this Location Preference box checked unless you don’t plan to use Arryved Online at all and prefer to save space on your left-side navigation bar. 
  

Cost Of Goods Sold

Enabling the Cost Of Goods Sold Location Preference adds the 'COGs' field to your Inventory Items’ page, under the Costs section. 

Use the COGs field to enter the cost of the item. This is what your business paid for the item. COGs are entered individually per Unit Size. 

Use the following Arryved Reports to see a record of your Cost of Goods Sold:

• Item Sales Summary (By Size) 

• Purchase Items

• Inventory Item List

• Inventory Item List Plus 

• Unit Size Report

• Comp Report
  

SKUs

Enabling the SKUs Location Preference adds the 'SKU' field to your Inventory Items’ page, under the Costs section. 

The SKU field allows you to assign unique barcode SKUs to your Inventory Items to be scanned with a barcode scanner in Arryved Service for a speedier checkout.

Arryved Insider Rewards

Enabling the Arryved Insider Rewards Location Preference adds the 'Loyalty Cost' field to your Inventory Items’ page, under the Costs section. 

Insider Rewards are one of the Perks you can offer your loyal, Insider Members. Rewards are items on your menu that Members can redeem with the Loyalty Points they’ve accrued. 

To create Insider Rewards for your Arryved Insider program, you’ll give your desired Inventory Items a Loyalty Cost. This is the amount of Loyalty Points an Insider Member will need to redeem this item. 

*You must have Arryved Insider activated to use Insider Rewards. 

Inventory Item Notes

The Inventory Item Notes Location Preference adds the 'Notes' field to the Inventory Items’ pages in your Arryved Portal. Use the Notes field to leave yourself or your team a personal note about this item. The note is only visible on this page. It doesn’t appear in any of the Arryved ordering channels or tickets. 

Arryved Insider Offer

Enabling the Arryved Insider Offers Location Preference adds the Offer List page to your Arryved Portal’s left-side navigation bar under the Arryved Insider dropdown. Use the Offer List page to build and send Insider Offers and to see a full list of your active and past Offers. 

Insider Offers are one of the Perks you can send your loyal, Insider Members. Offers are discounts or free offerings sent via email to incentivize your Insider Members to come in you another visit.

Discount Codes

The Discount Codes Location Preference adds the ability to create Discount Codes in your Offers List. Toggle your Offer Category to “Online Offer” and start building your codes. 

• Discount Codes are given to your guests to redeem discounts when shopping in your Arryved Online Store.
