Please remember to set Arryved Service to auto-update from Google Play on all of your POS devices so you can enjoy the new features and improvements in each Arryved Service release.
Release version: Arryved Cloud 2.74.1
Release Date: Jul 2, 2025
Updates to Arryved Portal, Arryved Online, OpenTab, Arryved Insider, Web Solutions, or Integrations
Guests ordering through OpenTab or Arryved Online are now guided through exactly which Modifier selections need to be made before adding the item to their order.
Required Modifier Groups are labeled as “Required,” show how many choices are needed, and disable the "Add to Order" button until requirements are met.
Optional Modifier Groups are also clearly labeled, users can see available choices, select up to the allowed limit, or skip them entirely.
Radio buttons appear for a single selection and checkboxes for multiple selections.
The Order Summary in OpenTab now displays all applied modifiers, including any upcharges. This gives guests full visibility into what they’re ordering and paying for, just like in Arryved Service and on printed receipts.
Size-specific Modifier Groups are now supported in OpenTab and Arryved Online. This ensures guests only see relevant modifier options based on item size.
Contact Arryved Support if you need to enable the Modifiers by Size feature.
Emailed receipts now show all modifiers, including custom notes and upcharges. Modifier actions (like ADD, NO, or SUB) are shown according to your receipt preferences, ensuring consistency across Arryved Service, Arryved Portal, and OpenTab receipts.
Check out the other recent changes to Modifiers in Modifiers Makeover [Part 1], [Part 2], and [Part 3].
For those who are processing on Arryved Pay, there’s a new section added to your Sales Summary showing you what you paid in Credit Card Processing Fees for the date you’ve selected.
Note: Fee data will populate here only after your ACH deposit has cleared (up to 3 days after the transaction date).
When applying a Comp to a tab via the Tab Management Tool, you’ll no longer see your Retired Comp Types on the list of Comps that can be applied. This will prevent a Portal User from accidentally selecting a Comp that is no longer in use.
Retiring an Inventory Item will now automatically remove it from any Menus it is on. This helps resolve some menu loading errors.
The Sales Drill Down section of the Sales Summary would sometimes fail to load if Retired Inventory Items were included in the data. Now, the Sales Summary properly supports Retired Items.
There is now a ‘Release Notes’ button that lives in the header of your Arryved Portal. Click on it to be taken to our list of Release Notes, where you can read about the updates in each release.
